Returns and cancellations policy

Cancellation of transaction / order

It is possible to cancel a transaction (accordingly  To be determined in the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 for products priced above NIS 50.


Cancellation of the transaction will be made upon presentation of an invoice or proof of purchase and provided:

  1. That the product has not been used and that it is returned in its original packaging and has not been used.

  2. That the cancellation will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  3. That the product is not included in the list of non-refundable or replaceable products shown above.

  4. A purchase invoice will be attached.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with the provisions of section 6 (regarding restrictions on the right of cancellation) in the Consumer Protection Regulations - Cancellation of a transaction, medicines, food products, dietary supplements cannot be returned.  

Once the product is actually received from us, we will contact you in order to credit you for the product in the amount in which it was purchased. The credit will be in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Cancellation fees will not exceed 5% of the product price or the service set, or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

In the event of cancellation of an order that has already left us and been transferred to the courier company but has not yet been received by you, you will be charged a delivery fee of NIS 29 for deliveries via courier to your home and NIS 19 for deliveries via Israel Post.

How to return the products

By mail : Products can be sent to us at 48 Hadarim St., Ashdod. It is recommended to use registered mail services so that the package can be tracked.


Upon arrival to us : Products can be returned at 48 Hadarim St., Ashdod, on Sundays-Thursdays, between the hours of 08: 00-16: 00.  

Product warranty

The warranty for the products is granted and exercised by the product suppliers and is subject to the conditions set out in the warranty certificate (insofar as it exists for the product), and subject to any law.

Returning defective products

Every buyer of a product on this site is obligated to test the product immediately upon receipt.

The company will replace any defective product that has reached the customer's subject to the following conditions: The product is returned within 14 days of receipt. The product will be returned in its original packaging without any use being made of it, or being used sparingly until it is found to be defective. The customer will attach his full details to the returned product and will agree that the company will forward his details and complaint details to the manufacturer and / or supplier of that defective product.


Cancellation of the transaction by the company

In addition to the company's bylaws, in any of the cases listed below, the company may cancel the order, even in the event that a notice of the order was sent to the customer without the customer being entitled to any relief and without the customer having any claims against the company:

  (A) In the event that a mistake is made in good faith in one of the data listed on the website regarding the product, including the price of the product or its description

    The order was placed on their basis.

  (B) In the event of a shutdown or malfunction in the proper operation of the site due to "force majeure", and / or due to a case of a material malfunction  

    In the computer system, the telephone system or other communication systems that serve the company, and / or in any other case

    In it, factors and / or events that are not under the control of the company will hinder, prevent or disrupt the proper operation of the site or the

    Product supply.

  (C) In the event that the customer has not fulfilled an obligation from his obligations, including, but not limited to, the obligation to pay the consideration for the product

    Who ordered and / or in any case in which the customer provided incorrect and / or inaccurate and / or imperfect details, including in case of non-compliance

    Approval of the transaction by the credit card company.

  (D) In case of lack of adequate inventory of the product (s).

  (E) In the case of returning products through a recall call.
